CCIFM Training: Emotional Intelligence

CIFM organized another training on Emotional Intelligence with Elisabeth Laubel. This training is to make participants explore the concept of Emotional Intelligence, its significance in professional settings, and practical strategies to develop EI. In this full day training, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, interactive workshops, and experiential exercises to develop self-awareness and effective communication.

Elisabeth has over 30 years of experience in general management, business strategy and Human Resources management in Malaysia, Russia and France. Since 2011, she has been acting as a Human Resources consultant at CCIFM to assist and train its members, staff and representatives in HR related matters.
