Harald SippelHead of European Desk

Dr. Harald Sippel is an Austrian qualified lawyer and Foreign Lawyer admitted to the Malaysian Bar. He heads Skrine’s European Desk, where he advises European companies on their business dealings in Malaysia. With approximately 15 years of experience, Harald specializes in dispute resolution and regularly represents clients in international arbitrations. He is sitting as an arbitrator and mediator and previously worked as the Asian International Arbitration Centre’s Head of Legal Services. Harald is also a Guest Professor (Global) at Keio University, Tokyo, where he teaches negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
