For the past 20 years, Marie has been working with diverse teams across 3 continents, to create deeper mutual cross-cultural understanding and develop compassionate and inclusive teams through opening meaningful conversations within organisations. She helps her clients translate global corporate cultures to local context. 

Marie has recently been appointed on the global board of the World Institute of Action Learning, that promotes team coaching and questions to solve complex problems and build trust in teams. 

In collaboration with KL Shakespeare Players, she has developed a powerful experiential learning  tool, Exchange theatre to initiate behavioural change in individuals, teams and organisations- This tool is used to help managers better address issues of  communication, cultural differences, team performance as well as well-being in the workplace.
