CCIFM Training: Employer Branding & LinkedIn
CCIFM conducted a 4-hour training, designed to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) improve their employer brand using LinkedIn. In today’s competitive talent market, SMEs often struggle with attracting and retaining talent due to limited resources and brand recognition. This session highlighted how LinkedIn can be a cost-effective and powerful platform for showcasing company culture, engaging with potential candidates, and positioning SMEs as employers of choice.
The training covered essential topics such as understanding the fundamentals of employer branding, creating and optimizing a compelling LinkedIn company page, and developing engaging content that resonates with candidates. Participants also learned effective strategies for engaging with their audience and tools to measure the success of their branding efforts. By the end of the session, attendees were equipped with actionable strategies and insights to enhance their LinkedIn presence and attract top talent, ensuring they left with a clear plan to elevate their employer brand.
