Local entity incorporated at the Companies Commission in Malaysia; Minimum required paid-up capital of RM1, and a minimum of RM500,000 (approximately 125,000 €) to obtain a work permit application; represented by 1 resident directors and 1 shareholders; submission of yearly audited accounts is required.
