Mohamed Ridza is the lead of Mohamed Ridza & Co. He has advised on a wide variety of corporate, financing and commercial matters including advising public companies on the successful lodgment of SRI Sukuk and sustainability-linked financings, mergers and acquisitions of listed and non-listed entities, listings of public companies, joint venture and consortium agreements involving foreign and multinational companies, venture capitalist transactions, capital markets, and real estate projects. He is an independent director on the board of several public companies and also their respective risk committees members, such as Sime Darby Properties Berhad and KPJ Healthcare Berhad. He provides oversight and monitoring of the operation of the companies’ reporting or information systems to identify risks under Environmental, Social and Governance factors, including violations of laws or regulations.
