Mubashir Mansor is a dispute resolution lawyer with well over 33 years of experience. His practice includes acting as counsel, both in litigation and arbitration, in various areas of law, including commercial and corporate disputes. He is also the head of Skrine’s aviation practice. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Further, Mubashir is empanelled as an arbitrator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and as an arbitrator and mediator with the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR).
