He has over 15 years in leadership development and upskilling sales teams, as a Serial Entrepreneur-turned-Corporate Business Leader.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including CHROs, CLOs, and CEOs, both within Cegos Group and externally.

During his years in startups, and within the Cegos APAC team, Shawn hired, develops and manages Millennials and Gen Zs, and collaborates with them to be the best version of themselves.
